It is important to know, that maintenance during down time will ensure major repairs are a rarity. Regular inspection, cleaning, greasing and adjusting many minor, but integral, parts of your trailer will allow you to keep having trouble free weekends in your home away from home.

It is important that you have a full service every 10,000km's or 12 months, similar to your vehicle.  By maintaining your camper trailer you can be confident when going on your holiday.

What does this include?

• Under carriage; tyre pressure (including spare), tyre condition, wheel alignment, brakes and braking pads, wheel bearings, wheel nuts, brake assembly, suspension bushes, jockey wheel, DO35 hitch (including locking mechanism), suspension swing arms, shock absorbers, drawbar, safety chain and D-shackles
• Electrical; air bags and tail lights

 MINOR SERVICE

Perfect for your pre and post trip servicing or general RV Service

What does this include?

• Under Carriage; tyre pressure, tyre condition, wheel bearings, wheel nuts, fuel tank (if fitted), suspension bushes, jockey wheel, DO35 hitch, suspension swing arms, shock absorbers, drawbar, safety chain and D-shackles
• Optional; wheel alignment (additional $100)
• Camper; Air bags, batteries, fridge Anderson output, face plate operations, rooftop solar panel (if fitted), inverted output, internal lighting, taillights, sockets and switches
• Plumbing; fill water tank(s), release drain valve on air tank, check fittings, valves, hoses, and taps
• General components; boxes, air filters, gas struts, compression latches and over centre latches, hinges, drawer slides, doors and seals, kitchen area, reflectors, stretch loops and cord buttons, fire extinguisher, inspect and test air compressor, and spare wheel holder

MAJOR SERVICE
Your annual or 10,000km service to keep your trailer warranty compliant

What does this include?

• Under carriage; tyre pressure (incl. spare), tyre condition, wheel alignment, brakes and breaking pads, wheel bearings, wheel nuts, hubs seats and split pins, brake assembly, fuel tank (if fitted), suspension bushes, jockey wheel, DO35 hitch (incl. locking mechanism), suspension swing arms, shock absorbers, drawbar, safety chain and D-shackles
• Electrical; air bags, batteries, fridge Anderson output, face plate operation, rooftop solar panel (if fitted), inverter output, internal lighting, taillights, sockets and switches
• Plumbing; clean water pump filter, fill water tank(s), inspect water pump function, release drain valve on air tank, check water tank(s) fittings, valves, hoses and taps, and Webasto check (if fitted)
• General components; boxes, air filters, gas struts, scissor arms, awnings, compression latches and over centre latches, hinges, drawer slides, door and seals, kitchen area, reflectors, stretch loops and cord buttons, fire extinguisher, inspect and test air compressor, and check spare wheel holder
